  I purchased a pot and pan in 2010 and used them heavily (daily). I followed the cleaning instructions religiously and the pot is holding up nicely, however the pan started sticking and building up a film. Titanium Exclusive posts a cleaning procedure, however it did not work at all. I took it into the store for warranty and they said buildup wasn't covered by warranty, however they agreed to warranty it since I showed them the pot did not have this issue and they were purchased at the same time. The warranty was pro-rated (per their standard warranty) meaning I paid ~$90 for a new pan. The new pan works perfectly, just like the original one did when it was new.
  
  Titanium Exclusive did everything they promised (pro-rated warranty), however for a $400 pan to only last 5 to 7 years (it started deteriorating around 5 years), I am a bit disappointed. I fully expected the product to last a lifetime. The product is amazing when it's new, but I would hesitate to buy it again knowing it may have a fairly short life.
