  Unfortunately I have to indicate 1 Star for this review to be posted. They do not deserve any stars. In May the agent Matthew Smith presented an offer on behalf of his clients to buy my house. At the time of presentation, Matthew Smith explained that a particular clause in the Sales agreement meant that his clients are "extremely flexible" with the closing dates. However, when time came to discuss extending the closing dates, Matthew Smith stop all communication with our agent and as we sent our final amendment to Matthew Smith, we were notified via his clients lawyer that the cost to extend closing is $15000.00. However, in May, at the time of Sale there were no mention of money to extend. In July Matthew Smith brought his Buyers for a visit and was extremely unprofessional and unethical. He looked us in our face when we told him he lied and con us into selling to his clients and he lied about his clients being flexible; his response was "that conversation never happened". Now we are homeless with 2 children due to his lies.
