I bought a sofa from the Warehouse sale in October 2016. Anyone who's been there knows how crazy hectic it gets in there. Pushing and shoving included. We bought the Jane Loft Bi-Sectional. We liked the look, everything seems ok with it. Fast forward 14 months and we heard a crack in the armrest. Then it happened again. At this point, I didn't want to damage it more so I contacted the store. Their website still doesn't have the Gus Modern warranty posted so I had to emailed them. I was asked to provide proof so I reluctantly took a video. I didn't want to damage it any more than it was. After I sent it, Peter responded with "That's beautiful and certainly sounds like a cracked frame to me." I don't know if "beautiful" would be the first word I would use to describe my broken it but to each their own.We don't sit on the armrest, it's against a wall. I was then advised that Warehouse sale furniture is void of any warranty. I don't remember seeing that but like I said, hectic. Besides, just because you sell something at a discount, the quality and you standing by that quality shouldn't be affected. This wasn't even a floor model.

At the price you're paying for this furniture, you would expect quality. Including when you purchase from Warehouse Sales. The reduced price should have no impact on the internal quality of the product. I've had $100 sofas that were more durable. IF StyleGarage and Gus Modern is purposely making a lower quality furniture for these sales and claiming it's the same as the regular price furniture and therefore still worth more than $3000, that's very misleading. They're using their name to trick customers into buying lower quality items and they don't give their usual warranty. I feel like they know about the lower quality and that's why they won't stand by it and offer the warranty. Why else would this be void?
