  I will never return to this Staples Business Centre ever again. I will never do any of business here ever again. A complete rip off. I was more than unsatisfied with my service at their business centre. I went in just to get two pages and a simple binding done. The employee had no other customers. i asked how much everything would be before she proceeded. After i agreed upon the price and the work was done, They added an additional 'FEE'. The employee never told me about these added fees or charges until it was time to cash out. If i was aware of the additional charges i would have taken my business somewhere else like across the street to a local printing shop. Since i had brought some of own pages printed and she had punched them already, i had no choice but to pay the over inflate, not-agreed upon price. Not professional at all. (if i could give a negative star i would)
