  Store has great stuff and selection. Always neat and well-organized. Staff are brutal though. And their so-called "sales" always have idiotic fine print hat you really have to watch (like, not applicable on prices that end in .97).
  
  I go in this store pretty regularly and have had ongoing staff issues:
  * Clerks never know what's on sale. You always have to remind them at checkout, even if it's big and advertised on their front window.
  * I always seem to be interrupting them while standing around having loud, personal conversations. Awkward as a customer.
  * Witnessed the store manager talking loudly to the staff at the cash register about the week's profits and how much money the store made this month vs last... while customers waited in line. Really unprofessional.
