  Sales people will try to convince you to buy a mattress from them. After that, you're on your own. Delivery men refused to bring my queen box spring to the second floor, even though I had other delivery men bring a queen box spring to the THIRD FLOOR 2 weeks prior. When I called Sleep Country to tell them about this, they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was a "Sunday".
  
  By the way, it took my husband and I less than ten minutes to bring the box spring BY OURSELVES up to the second floor.
