  I recently used Only Basements to waterproof and finish my basement. I had a few contractors give me quotes, all of the prices ranged from low to extremely high. I decided to go somewhere in the middle as I wanted good quality without the high prices. From the beginning I felt comfortable with employees at Only Basements. They gave us great advice, and notified us of any changes or problems they had right away. Their work and professionalism showed right from the beginning. We are very happy with our finished basement and thank the team at Only Basements.
