  Tried to have keys cut at a minute key machine a few months ago, charge went on my credit card but no keys came out. Used the customer service number and representative said the charges would be reversed but to date never have. I haven't taken the time to follow up and for a dollar probably never will. I have to wonder how many other people this happens to. I'm not the type who normally posts reviews but when I recently received a mass email promoting their service on google, I decided to take the few minutes. Will never use this service again.
