  Absolutely terrible. The owner, Sam is such a sleazeball. He lied to the extent of 700.00 in rebates, charged $415.00 for a home inspection(to prove that it was a new furnace installation), left all the boxes and garbage so that my 85 year old mother had to take it to the dump....and sold her an air conditioner, saying it had to be installed at the same time as the furnace even though my mother told him the air conditioner worked fine last year. The furnace is fine but the service......I hope he never gets another customer, at least not one he can take advantage of. Sales people who take advantage of elderly customers is, to me, the lowest of the lows.
