  Excellent Experience! Needed to build my custom home however didn't want to have developers upsetting neighbourhood for up to 1 year. Green Terra Homes was quicker and more efficient than traditional builders - Only took ONE day for most portion of work to be finished - with crane and house being conveyed in sections- then half a month for mostly interior work and I was home. Thoroughly astonishing house and process.

  SCAM! We really wanted to build with them, gave them a deposit and try to see some of their current builds. Well all the reviews and business they'd done as a lie. The only person building with them emailed us warning of them... their unprofessional ways and immature. Check Glassfloor.ca for more insights. We got our deposit back after being treated like criminals. When we tried to build with them they didn't have one completed project even with all the reviews. SCAM!
