  They are the worst appraisal company ever I came across, just hope your lender doesnt send you to cross town appraisers, they under valued my house for $130 k where as other company appraised it for the correct value, very unprofessional and charge 2 times more than the other appraisal companies. They are just a rip off, scam. Be ware of them.
