  Honestly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. From the very first person I dealt with up to the management level it appears not a single member of their team has ever learnt courtesy and respect. I would recommend the entire team be sent out for proper customer care training.
  
  First delivery team brought the wrong mattresses. Second delivery team was the ABSOLUTE WORST. They called me to say no one was answering the door, I informed that someone was home and I would get them to the door if he just gave me a moment. The driver hung up on me. When the person at home met with the delivery team they were rude and unprofessional. I tried to contact the dispatch team in charge of the drivers to ask for a formal apology for how my family member was treated. They said a supervisor would call me back and I never received a call back. I followed up with head office who transferred me to a voice mail (asking to allow two days for a call back) and I have still not received a follow up call and it has been TWO WEEKS.
  
  I can tell your team clearly does not care about customer satisfaction from other google reviews posted here. I wish I had taken the time to check them before doing business with your awful team at the Brick. I hope this review helps other customers avoid you in the future. I will never recommend Brick again to family or friends and you have lost my business for any future purchases.
