  I don't normally do reviews, but I felt the compelled to do so, after walking into the office and witnessing a customer yelling and cursing at the ladies that work there, about a rental increase. Being a business owner in a customer service industry myself, I can sympatize with them. The ladies were patient, and was helpful as they can be. He was condescending and extremely ignorant.
  It doesn't take a genius to realize that minimum wage went up, cost of living went up, its not pleasant, but necessary. Kudos to the staff for remaining professional throughout the alteration!
